We open the good bottles by the glass.
Most places keep their interesting wine behind a price wall — a bottle-only list you commit to before you've tasted a drop. We never liked that. Everything on our list is available by the glass, poured from a preservation system so the last glass drinks as well as the first.
The food follows the same logic. Small plates, priced so you can order four and change your mind halfway through. The menu shifts weekly depending on what looked good at the market that morning.
